'Charming' Warwick town centre shop on the market for £520k

A Warwick town centre shop is on the market for £520,000.
EHB Reeves is marketing the currently vacant unit on High Street which it describes as "charming".
The grade II listed building has a retail space on the ground floor, with "spacious upper floors and basement with great potential for conversion".
The brochure says: "8 High Street is a handsome period building, grade II Listed offering a ground floor which has traditionally been used for retail purposes with ancillary accommodation within the basement and three upper floors.
"For many years the upper floors have been used for residential purposes but in more recent times have been used as a hairdressing salon with ancillary studio and storage.
"A period timber frontage provides access to the retail accommodation, whilst a side pedestrian door also leads through a passageway to the rear walled garden.
"Within the garden there are also steps which provide an external access directly to the basement.
"This period building provides a great opportunity for various uses including conversion to residential (upper floors) subject to the requisite planning consent."
