A Tudor mansion boasting the ultimate 'work from home' office complete with lake views is on the market for £3.8 million.
The Grade II listed Tudor Manor House is nestled on a three-acre plot in Preston Bagot.
Buyers can roll out of bed and get straight into work thanks to the luxury offices being a stone's throw away from the main house.
The manor house features period décor including striking wooden beams and a bespoke spiral staircase.
The home is believed to be part of the 3rd Earl of Warwick's estate but was divided into two separate properties in the 1970s.
Buyers can enjoy four bedrooms and three sleek bathrooms while the hallway walls are clad in wood panels.
The home has access to a large courtyard and landscaped gardens and is located on Warwick Road, Preston Bagot.
The Tudor house features a modern twist with its sprawling 6,400 sq ft office building with enough parking space for up to 30 vehicles.
Potential owners can enjoy its airy office space with tall glass windows complete with stunning views of the lake.
Businessman Tony Eaves, founder of Pure Service plc, bought The Manor in 1998 and converted the outbuildings to office space.
He said: "We began an extensive building and renovation program lasting nearly three years, resulting in the creation of a unique and stunning office for my business adjacent to a beautifully restored domestic dwelling for me and my family.
"It's fair to say that quality and innovation were the only drivers and that the cost was at the bottom of our list of considerations.
"Nearly 25 years on, both buildings are in fantastic condition with only the exterior hard standings showing any signs of age.
"These beautiful buildings, that have housed me and my business for 25 years, have given me immense pleasure and pride.
"However, as I retire, it's time to hand them over to someone else to re-purpose them in order to fulfil their own dreams and potential and start a new chapter in the property's history."
The house and office, which also boasts a private island, is up for grabs for £3.8 million through estate agents DM & Co. Homes.
Operations director Lisa Smith said: "The Manor House and the adjacent Coterie offices have been a 26 year labour of love for the sellers, and provide a unique offering to those looking for luxury living in a rural setting – with the business literally on the doorstep."
