Responsibilities: - Design, analyze, and integrate robotics and automation systems for equipment and tooling. Develop and implement preventative maintenance strategies and interim solutions for damaged or unsafe equipment. Investigate engineering changes and maintain configuration control in line with standard operating procedures. Recommend and implement equipment reliability improvements using advanced reliability engineering tools. Lead large-scale projects with minimal oversight and mentor junior engineers. Solve complex engineering challenges with innovative, data-driven solutions.
