What You Will Do:

- Create compelling design content that brings spatial projects to life, including retail, events, and experiences.

- Translate the essence of the brand into spatial designs that evoke emotion and deliver maximum user impact.

- Collaborate with external suppliers and agencies to ensure project goals and requirements are met.

- Develop designs through conception, execution, prototyping, and verification, while maintaining pace and precision.

- Consider global consistency and local relevance to ensure each project is desirable and impactful.

- Maintain aesthetic integrity across all spatial projects, ensuring alignment with the company's vision.

What You Will Bring:

- Proven expertise in spatial design, with a strong creative background in architectural, interior, or furniture design.

- Proficiency in 2D CAD software (AutoCAD, Vectorworks) and 3D CAD software (Autodesk 3DS Max, Cinema 4D, Rhino).

- Ability to depict a brand story in built spaces, creating designs that deliver maximum impact.

- Innovative thinking and a progressive approach to developing ambitious yet realistic ideas.

- Knowledge of design trends, spatial balance, and construction processes (preferred).

Our premium brand Automotive client is currently recruiting for the following role:Lead Spatial Designer - 34/hr (Inside IR35) Warwickshire (hybrid potential) 8 Months (potential for yearly renewal)Responsible for bringing spatial design to life through all human-made surroundings and settings. The role requires a background in architectural/interior and furniture design and knowledge of how to support built environment projects.Key responsibilities - Responsible for creating design content to bring the creative element all spatial design to life (experiences.
