I m currently recruiting an exciting role for someone to manage the commercial relationship with a major Automotive OEM for their specific product group. The business I m recruiting for is a major tier one supplier in the automotive sector and is experiencing significant growth across various product groups.

Your skills and responsibilities will include:

• Developing long-term partnerships with key customer personnel.
• Establish and maintain commercial relationships with customers.
• Guarantees the level of profitability of the programme, in close cooperation with the Programme Manager.
• Prepares offers for all technical changes.
• Makes sure that agreements are found with the customer before change implementation and documents all sales aspects regarding these changes.
• Prepares business cases in collaboration with Business Controlling, gets internal approval and negotiates prices with the customer.
• To establish the business reputation as market and innovation leader for long-term business growth.

Your profile:

• Automotive industry experience, ideally working with JLR.
• Commercial experience of managing relationships with major customers.
• Experience of compression moulding, injection moulding, trim, or plastics technologies would be beneficial.
• Analytical, with a high attention to detail.
• Strong communication and relationship building skills.
