Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Director's diary, prioritising time and ensuring thorough briefing for all engagements.
- Attend team meetings, track actions, and ensure timely completion.
- Compile daily files and approvals with accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle Director's expenses and first-line approvals.
- Provide strategic support by advising on priorities, deadlines, and supporting documentation.
- Manage and triage emails and tasks, escalating urgent matters and ensuring follow-through.
- Represent the business professionally in all communications-written, verbal, and face-to-face.
- Organise team events, town halls, and away days in line with company policies.
- Provide holiday cover for the wider team as needed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other business support teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Support the Director and Business Manager with ad hoc tasks as required.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Agile and adaptable to shifting priorities and last-minute changes.
Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
