In this role, you will report to the Aftersales Manager and play a crucial part in delivering high-quality service to our customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair commercial vehicles, ensuring adherence to manufacturer standards.
• Perform routine servicing, inspections, and complex repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and communicate effectively with the Aftersales Manager.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
