What You Will Do:

• Refine and enhance 3D CGI renders through colour correction, compositing, and special effects to create visually stunning outputs. • Convert high-dynamic-range render outputs into deliverables without compromising quality. • Seamlessly integrate CGI vehicles into photographic backgrounds using advanced photo-bashing and lighting techniques. • Perform meticulous photography clean-up, including dust removal, lens correction, and surface retouching. • Collaborate closely with art directors to interpret creative briefs and ensure visuals align with brand guidelines. • Mentor junior retouch artists, sharing best practices in CGI post-production and retouching techniques.

What You Will Bring:

• Proven experience in 3D CGI retouching, with a strong understanding of render passes, compositing, and CGI pipelines. • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, with an exceptional eye for detail, colour harmony, and composition. • Solid understanding of photography principles and the ability to integrate CGI elements seamlessly with photographic assets. • Strong organisational skills to maintain digital asset libraries and ensure version control. • Effective communication and mentoring abilities to guide and support team members.
