CAE Engineer

Location: Warwickshire

Salary: £40,000 and £50,000 D.O.E

This is a great role for a mechanically biased engineer who is either already working in CAE or looking to move into it and develop further. You ll start with a mix of mechanical design and analysis, with full training into CAE tools and methods.

You'll be guided by the Senior CAE Engineer so this role is ideal for someone motivated, hands-on, and keen to grow.

• Build and run FEA models across a range of CAE projects

• Support validation plans and help resolve product issues

• Carry out stress, fatigue and durability analysis (training given if needed)

• Work alongside test and development teams to align simulation and test data

• Produce verification reports and support internal engineering standards

• Contribute to mechanical design tasks as part of your development into CAE

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience)

• Strong mechanical design background (core skillset)

• Interest in CAE / FEA with a willingness to learn and develop

• Exposure to MATLAB desirable; knowledge of Altair or ANSYS a plus

• Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and team mindset

• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn training will be provided
