Type: Permanent, full time
Our client:
We're working with a high-performance engineering firm at the forefront of elite motorsport-supplying cutting-edge systems to championships such as GT Racing, Formula E, and WRC.
The opportunity:
As part of their ongoing growth, our client is looking to appoint a BOM Controller to support the seamless integration of design and production systems across the business.
This is a pivotal role, sitting between Engineering and Operations, and is ideally suited to someone with a sharp eye for detail, a structured mindset, and the technical confidence to ensure engineering data is accurately captured, maintained, and transferred between CAD and ERP environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the full lifecycle of the Bill of Materials (BOM) across multiple product lines.
- Ensure accurate and consistent data flow from CAD (Creo) into ERP (RPS or equivalent) systems.
- Support product lifecycle management, from design through to manufacturing readiness.
- Champion data accuracy, traceability, and process integrity across departments.
- Work closely with design, production, and procurement teams to maintain alignment and efficiency.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in BOM control, product data management, or engineering documentation.
- Working knowledge of CAD systems (preferably Creo) and ERP platforms.
- Strong data management and analytical skills, with a process-driven approach.
- An understanding of manufacturing workflows, ideally within low-volume, high-complexity environments such as motorsport or automotive engineering.
- Meticulous attention to detail, with a collaborative mindset and clear communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-precision environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
Location:
- Office-based in Warwick, in the heart of the UK's Motorsport Valley.
If you're an organised, proactive individual who thrives on structure and process-and wants to be part of a high-level motorsport engineering team-we'd love to hear from you.
