Electrician - Renewable Energy InstallationsLocation: Leamington SpaContract: Temp to PermVan provided if required

We're looking for a qualified and motivated Electrician to join our team, working on a range of renewable energy projects. If you have a passion for sustainability and are experienced in solar PV installations, we'd love to hear from you.

• Installing, testing, and commissioning domestic and/or commercial solar PV systems

• Reading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical drawings

• Working with both AC and DC circuits, inverters, isolators, and carrying out fault finding

• Using remote monitoring systems, data loggers, and mobile apps

• Ensuring all works meet health & safety standards and UK building regulations

• Preparing and following risk assessments and method statements (RAMS)

• Reporting any unsafe appliances, installations, or equipment

• Operating tools and machinery safely

• Travelling locally or nationally depending on the project

• Flexibility to work overtime or weekends if needed

• Recognised electrical apprenticeship and/or full electrical qualifications (Essential)

• 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations (Essential)

• ECS Gold Card (Essential)

• Solar PV experience preferred - training available

• Understanding of MCS Accreditation (Microgeneration Certification Scheme)

• Familiarity with G98/G99 (grid connection regs) and PAS 2030 (for retrofit/funded work)

• One or more of the following qualifications is desirable:

  • City & Guilds 2399 - Solar Photovoltaic Installation

  • LCL Level 3 - Installation & Maintenance of Solar PV Systems

  • BPEC Solar PV Installer Course

• Full UK driving licence with no more than 7 points

• Full set of tools
