Currently working with a client in Warwickshire is looking to hire an Assistant Property Repairs Team Leader focusing on managing a team of surveyors, managing budgets and corporate risk assessments.

The most ideal candidates will have a history of working within local authorities to help oversee the property repairs service.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of surveyors
• Oversee budgets
• Carry out Corporate risk assessments

Requirements

• Not essential but relevant degree or HNC/HND is ideal
• A background in Repairs and Maintennace is ideal
• A history of property inspections is also desired

• 3-month contract
• Negotiable rate DOE
• Potential for hybrid work programmes
• Potential for extension or permanent position based on performance
