This award winning, market leading and independently owner led Estate Agency is very busy successfully selling homes within the Kenilworth, Coventry, Warwick and Leamington Spa area.

We are therefore seeking to recruit additional team members to join us and be a key part of the planned business expansion.

We are searching for an experienced administrator / customer service advisor within our branch, ideally Full Time but we may also be able to consider Part Time.

You will be very involved in the day to day running of the business with customer service being your number one focus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and website enquiries
• Booking valuation, viewing and other diary appointments
• Diary management
• Taking accurate messages
• Keeping office tidy
• Provide efficient sales administration to include:
• New properties and marketing
• Preparing brochure production including editing and saving text and photographs.
• Saving and uploading epc's and floorplans.
• Preparing brochure brochures using software system to generate letters, forms and property style templates.
• Social media updates
• Producing standards letters throughout the marketing and sales process.
• Display knowledge of GDPR regulation, conduct client due diligence and AML checks.

Requirements

• Prior experience in business support, administration and/or front of house role.
• Flexibility, adaptability and positive attitude.
• Excellent standard of English grammar and spelling.
• Be able to be calm under pressure, be efficient and be self motivated.
