Job DescriptionWe're looking for an experienced Forklift Driver to join our busy warehouse operation in Gaydon. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a well-established company, offering regular shifts, great rates of pay, and a supportive team environment.You will be responsible for operating Counterbalance forklift trucks, supporting warehouse activities, and ensuring stock is handled safely and efficiently. If you're a reliable team player with a strong work ethic and good communication skills, we'd love to hear from you.Shift: Monday to Thursday, 14:45 - 01:00Pay Rates:£15.27 per hour (basic)£19.25 per hour (overtime)Key Responsibilities

• Operate Counterbalance FLT
• Carry out line walking and general warehouse duties as required
• Pick, move, and store stock accurately according to site standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
• Process orders efficiently and meet daily production targets
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients

Requirements

• Counterbalance licence
• Previous warehouse or production experience
• Computer literate with confidence using basic systems
• Good level of spoken and written English
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• A reliable and team-focused attitude
