Temporary ongoing assignment

Our client is a leading international premium consumer brands group which manufactures and distributes some of the best known and loved kitchen appliances and interiors furnishings in the world.

They are currently looking for a number of Assembly Operatives to join their existing team in Leamington Spa.

  • As an assembly operative you will be working in a fast-paced environment assembling various products.
  • Reading and working to engineering drawings
  • Quality inspection
  • Using various hand tools and experience with torques controlled guns
  • Work within a team and resolve any assembly issues that may arise.
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Working to strict targets and deadlines.
  • You will ideally have previous production/assembly experience in a manufacturing or Automotive organisation

Hours - 39 hrs per week + possible overtime

Days shift: Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 4:00pm and Friday 7.00:am - 12:00am

Shifts, rotating fortnightly:

  • Earlies Monday Friday 6am - 2pm
  • Lates Monday Friday 2pm - 10pm

Pay rates (per hour):

  • Days - £14.43 per hour
  • Early and Late shifts - £15.89 per hour
