Events Operations Team Leader

Your appointment will be that of a Events Operations Team Leader.

This is a manual, outdoor job! 25 working hours will vary week-on-week depending on the work schedule but days of work will be every Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Overtime is always available. Please note there will be early mornings and late afternoons/evenings.

A B+E license is required, and experience of towing trailers is preferable. 

This position demands a high level of physical stamina, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Roles will include:

  • Loading and unloading vehicles and trailers
  • Driving vehicles and trailers
  • Set up and take down of markets and events (lifting of heavy equipment)
  • Acting as a responsible and respectable point of contact at the market or event
  • Manage Operations Team when on-site.
  • Taking care of vehicles and trailers (including checking fluid levels, tyre pressures, lights, and cleaning)
  • Manage Markets (where and when needed)
  • Provide training to new staff members where required
  • Working with a lead-by-example ethos (although you are a supervisor, you are there to set an example to the staff, and should work accordingly)
  • Ensuring staff are clocked in and out of shifts

Requirements

  • Clean B+E UK Driving Licence
  • Be able to work early mornings and late evenings
  • Able to travel to our offices based in Warwick.
