Now open at Mallory Court, The Warwick is our exciting new fine dining restaurant, led by MasterChef winner Stuart Deeley. With a 3-rosette standard dining experience and menus built on British produce and innovation, The Warwick is already setting the tone for a new era of hospitality in Warwickshire.

We're now looking for a Restaurant Manager to take the reins of the front-of-house team and deliver an unforgettable guest journey in one of the region's most talked-about restaurants.

What you'll be doing?

As Restaurant Manager, you'll be the face of The Warwick, working alongside Stuart Deeley and reporting directly to our Food & Beverage Manager, Shaun Dunlop. You'll take day-to-day ownership of the restaurant's service, ensuring guests receive warm, polished, and memorable hospitality at every visit.

This role is hands-on and people-focused: inspiring your team, ensuring seamless operations, and bringing your own style and flair to a dining experience that has already captured attention across the region.

It's also an excellent opportunity for someone ready to step up into their first restaurant management role with the support and guidance of our Food & beverage Manager, provided you bring proven experience in a fine dining setting at 3-rosette level or higher.

What we're looking for:

  • Leadership experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality
  • A solid knowledge in wine, with the ability to make recommendations and pairings suited to guests preferences.
  • A natural passion for hospitality and engaging with guests
  • Excellent organisational skills and a hands-on approach to service
  • Ability to motivate, develop, and inspire a high-performing team
  • A collaborative mindset, working closely with kitchen and hotel teams
  • Energy, personality, and a genuine love of creating unforgettable moments
