The Care Coordinator role is split into two interconnected areas:
1. Caregiver Relationship & Onboarding Coordinator
2. Scheduling & Service Planning Coordinator
Caregiver Relationship & Onboarding Coordinator
Primary Focus: People management, caregiver engagement, onboarding, and compliance
Key Responsibilities:
- Weekly calls to caregivers to check availability and wellbeing
- Build rapport and trust with caregivers; be their reliable point of contact
- Respond promptly to queries and follow up consistently
- Conduct caregiver interviews with warmth and professionalism
- Host meet-and-greets post-training to ensure smooth integration
- Complete starter compliance with thoroughness and clarity
- Set expectations for role commitment and standards
- Create a welcoming yet structured environment for new recruits Essential Qualities:

Scheduling & Service Planning Coordinator
Primary Focus: Strategic scheduling, service continuity, and business growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Match caregivers to clients based on skills, preferences, and needs
- Maintain a forward-looking schedule: 3 months ahead for permanent rotations, 2 weeks ahead for cover
- Ensure all placements are safe, appropriate, and well-documented
- Follow processes rigorously and maintain compliance standards
- Work autonomously while communicating clearly with the team
- Track caregiver availability and identify gaps or growth opportunities
- Provide visibility into service status and future planning Essential Qualities:
- All qualities listed above, plus:
- Strategic thinking and planning ability.
- High attention to detail and process discipline.
- Confidence in making decisions independently.
- Transparent and honest communicator.
- Business-minded with a growth-focused outlook.

- 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday / On call once in every 4 weeks
