As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals in our residential home, helping them maintain their independence and enhancing their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and support to clients
• Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, medication management, and mobility assistance
• Build positive relationships with clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in the client's condition
• Follow care plans and work closely with other healthcare professionals

• Care Certificate or willingness to obtain one
