We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Veterinary Surgeon to lead a dynamic team. As the Head Vet, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality veterinary care, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of our practice. You will have the opportunity to lead by example, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for both staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the veterinary team, ensuring high standards of clinical care and customer service.
• Provide expert veterinary consultations, diagnostics, and treatments for a wide range of small animal cases.
• Mentor and support junior veterinarians and support staff, promoting continuous professional development.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring efficiency and compliance with veterinary regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering compassionate care and advice.

About You:

• RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon with a valid UK license.
• Proven experience in small animal practice, with a strong clinical background.
