The Position
We are looking for a capable and experienced Welder Fabricator who can work confidently with both MIG and TIG welding techniques. This hands-on role offers the chance to work on a wide variety of projects, from one-off custom builds to batch production, in a busy and supportive workshop environment.
Main Duties
- Weld and fabricate components in mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium.
- Produce accurate parts in line with detailed technical drawings.
- Operate fabrication equipment such as press brakes, tube benders, and laser cutters.
- Inspect finished pieces to ensure exceptional quality.
- Always maintain safe working practices.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record as a Welder Fabricator in an engineering/manufacturing setting.
- Strong MIG and TIG welding ability across multiple materials.
- Skilled at reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
- A detail-driven approach and pride in delivering neat, precise work.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and collaborative.
