This specialist manufacturing company based in Warwick are looking to appoint a Technical Specialist (Electro/Mechanical Engineer) to support and develop theirrobotic foam sealing technology. This hands-on role will involve maintaining both their production systems and customer equipment, as well as leading the next stage of foam system technology development. The successful candidate will also become a trained 6-axis robot programmer, working on new sealing applications and prototype development.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and lead foam sealing system servicing for both internal production and customer equipment, including off-site visits.
• Become proficient in 6-axis robot programming to support new project developments.
• Take ownership of theirfoam doser technology development, refining both software and hardware ahead of its 2026 market launch.

• Support the transition of new projects from trial to production, including fixturing and prototype design.
• Collaborate with the management team to improve in-house production systems.

What they are looking For

• A practical, creative, and self-motivated engineer with strong problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience in electrical, mechanical, and automation disciplines.
• A proactive approach to technology development and system maintenance.
• Ideally based locally, with a driving license (preferred but not essential).
