  • Strong communication skills, including negotiation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications for data analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes and component interactions.

Experience Required:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and resolve complex NVH-related issues.
  • Experience working in vehicle manufacturing, new model launch, or engineering operations.
  • Knowledge of Squeak & Rattle and Water Ingress prevention techniques.
  • Ability to plan and deliver work in two-week sprints, prioritising tasks effectively.
  • Experience working with Tableau, AIMs, IQM, Flags, IDS, TGW, and Agile methodologies (JIRA).
  • Practical experience in CAD, Digi-buck, and material compatibility.
  • Understanding of trim & final assembly, BIW, sealing systems, and joining technologies.

Experience Preferred:

  • Automotive Engineering / Mechanical Engineering degree.
  • Previous experience in NVH strategy development and implementation.
  • Hands-on experience in digital modelling and component analysis.
  • Strong leadership skills to drive cross-functional teamwork.

Additional Information:

  • Hybrid working (up to 1 day remote per week).
  • Full UK driving licence required.
