  • Position: Electronics Engineer - creating Test Systems
  • Rate: Up to 60 per hour, outside IR35
  • Location of work: Onsite in Warwick
  • Contract Length: 3-month rolling

KO2's client is a leading electronics business who require an Electronics Engineer for an initial 3 month contract to play a vital role in the development of multiple test systems for medical devices. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive Electronics Engineer looking to take on responsibility in defining requirements and delivering innovative, high-quality solutions in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities: As an Electronics Engineer in this role, you will:

  • Determine and document system requirements, translating complex needs into well-defined solutions.
  • Develop and implement test systems, leveraging both bespoke hardware and off-the-shelf components to achieve optimal functionality.

Key Requirements: We are looking for an Electronics Engineer with:

  • Proficiency in Altium for schematic design and PCB layout.
  • Hardware and Test System Design: Able to design and build robust test systems, adapting solutions from a mix of custom-built and ready-made components.
  • Requirements Gathering: Skilled at clarifying project briefs by gathering insights from team members and turning general ideas into actionable requirements.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive, solution-oriented approach, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Team Collaboration: Comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
