Project Manager - Warwick - Hybrid - 65,000 + 10% Bonus + BensAutomation Automotive BIW Controls Shorterm Group are partnered with a global and 1st tier supplier to major automotive OEMs to recruit an experienced and highly organised Project Manager within the automation space to work on new and existing projects. Based on site 2 days per week with some UK and occasional European travel expected, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of automated production lines for some of the world's biggest automotive names. You should be a Project Manager with proven experience working with robots and conveyors, ideally from a background of BIW, Battery Manufacture or Paint / Paintshop. You'll be working multiple projects of varying sizes - anywhere up to around 20million - to tight deadlines, so organisational skills are paramount. As are administrative skills - you'll be capable of managing budgets, limiting scope creep and recording and reporting commercial progress of all projects at all stages. In addition, we're looking for a Project Manager with people skills. You'll need to interact at all levels internally, from shop floor to director level, as well as being able to build relationships with and directly influence customers in-order-to deliver quality solutions that everybody is happy with.
