I am seeking an experienced Principal Architect or Associate to manage an architectural subdivision of an established multidisciplinary practice in the West Midlands.

As a Principal Architect, you will initially lead a small but experienced team within an established architectural practice, in collaboration with our diverse design studios. You will guide your team in engaging with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to bring our fantastic projects to life. Longer-term you will grow the department, leveraging on existing relationships built up over many years, whilst expanding the existing client portfolio. You will be responsible for recruiting and developing suitable architecture professionals to deliver a diverse portfolio of projects, across the UK.

You will oversee the complex design process from conception to completion, ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects that offer real value. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners, you will lead your team in meeting and exceeding client expectations while maximising the use of existing buildings sustainably and efficiently.

The office in the West Midlands serves clients nationwide, offering comprehensive services throughout all RIBA Stages. Your leadership will be instrumental in delivering excellence at every project lifecycle stage.
