ACR Recruitment & Training Ltd is seeking a dedicated Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our team, working within childcare settings across Rugby. The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing high-quality care and education in our nursery environment, supporting the growth and development of young children. This position requires a nurturing, confident individual who is committed to creating a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment for young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework - Provide compassionate, attentive care to each child - Engage in creative and educational activities that promote children s development - Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child s progress - Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive learning environment

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am 5:30 pm

Rate of Pay: £11.44 - £11.89 per hour, depending on experience

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare (required) - Knowledge of the EYFS framework - Minimum 1 year of experience in a UK-based nursery setting (preferred) - GCSE or equivalent qualification (preferred) - A valid driving licence (preferred) - Clean DBS record and two references (one from the most recent employer)
