Monday to Friday - 37.5hrs per week

Rugby - office based

£35,000 - £40,000pa DoE

Our client, an establish company based in Rugby, are looking for a Business Analyst to lead on the development and standardisation of Standard Operating Procedures for memberships and qualifications. This is a fixed 3 month contract.

The key responsibilities for this Business Analyst/ Process Manager:

  • Process Analysis & Research
  • SOP Development & Documentation
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Validation
  • Implementation & Training
  • Ad hoc associated tasks as required

The key skills & qualities of a Business Analyst:

  • At least 5 years' experience in an administration / business analyst role with experience in developing SOPs
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence to communicate with different levels
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience working in a regulated environment desirable
  • Ideally experience with dynamics 365 and/or Visio
  • Strong IT skills
