FREELANCE SITE MANAGER WITH WATER TREATMENT EXPERIENCE NEEDED IN WARWICK

Job Title: Freelance Site Manager (Water Treatment)Location: Warwick, UKProject: Water Treatment WorksDuration: Minimum 8 Weeks (Outside IR35)Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a water treatment works project in Warwick. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site management, with specific expertise in water treatment works and pipework.Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring all activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for the client.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Manage site documentation and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in site management.
  • Proven experience in water treatment works and pipework projects.
  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
  • CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card.
  • SHEA (Safety, Health and Environmental Awareness) Water certification.
  • Temporary Works Co-ordinator certification (beneficial but not essential).
Additional Information:
  • This role is outside IR35.
  • The contract will run for a minimum of 8 weeks, with the possibility of extension based on project requirements.
