We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead and deliver a commercial fit-out project with significant M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) elements. You will take full ownership of the project lifecycle, from planning and coordination to successful handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take full responsibility for the delivery of fit-out and M&E works.

  • Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, and resources.

  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour.

  • Chair site meetings and report progress to the client and internal teams.

  • Ensure all works are carried out safely and in compliance with H&S legislation (RAMS).

  • Manage quality control, risk management, and change control.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and handle any site issues effectively.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial fit-out and M&E projects.

  • SMSTS certification.

  • CSCS (Black or White Card preferred).

  • First Aid at Work certificate.

  • Excellent leadership, planning, and organisational skills.

  • Strong commercial and client-facing experience.
