About the opportunity:

We are seeking an individual to perform the following:

  • Ensure the project adheres to the schedule and complies with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain a strong focus on quality assurance.
  • Manage and motivate the site team and subcontractors.
  • Monitor the quality of workmanship to ensure it meets the project specifications and standards.
  • Coordinate site activities, manage project schedules, and ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
  • Conduct weekly progress and health and safety meetings.
  • Maintain detailed records.

About the benefits and rewards:

The salary will be dependent on the level of exposure to the residential industry. The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary in the region of up to 50k DOE. In addition to the basic salary there will be further company benefits.

About the requirements:

  • Proven experience in site delivery, overseeing projects from start to finish.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, H&S practices, and quality control systems.
  • SMSTS certification required.
  • CSCS certification required.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Commitment to inclusion and diversity.
