We're looking for a Qualified or Senior Rural Surveyor to join our dynamic rural property team in Rugby. This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll advise a diverse range of clients - from individual landowners to developers and investors - helping them manage, value, and enhance their property assets.

You'll enjoy a broad mix of work across Property Management, Agency, Valuation, Development, and Planning:

• Property Management - Oversee farms and land under FBTs, grasskeep and contract farming agreements, plus commercial offices, industrial, storage, and retail properties. Use ReLeased software for inspections, rent reviews, notices, reporting, and client communication. Pitch for and win new instructions.

• Agency - Prepare marketing reports and particulars, manage advertising, conduct viewings, negotiate terms, and provide sales advice.

• Valuations - Assist with and carry out RICS Red Book valuations for a range of purposes.

• Development - Support option and promotion agreements, liaising with developers and landowners.

• Planning - Assist with planning applications and keep up to date with local and regional planning policies.

You'll work closely with partners, managers, and surveyors across a wide geographical area to ensure smooth departmental operations.

We're seeking someone who is:

• MRICS qualified (RICS Registered Valuer preferred but not essential)

• Experienced in property management

• Commercially focused, proactive, and personable

• A confident relationship builder with excellent communication skills

• Self motivated, organised, and detail oriented

• Proficient in ReLeased, LandApp, and Microsoft Office

• Holder of a full, clean UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle
