Position: Resident Liaison Officer / Tenant Liaison Officer

Location: Warwick,

Pay Rate: 14.50

Start Date: 2nd December - Position to be filled by the end of this week

Contract Type: Temporary - Circa 2 month duration

Shifts: Monday - Friday 08:00am - 16:30pm

Requirements:

• Experience in the role of RLO/TLO (Required)
• Own vehicle to commute to site daily (Required)

Think Recruitment are working with a leading construction contractor who require a Tenant Liaison Officer to get started with them ready for a new year start. Job details are below;

Daily Responsibilities:

• Correspond with tenants daily to deal with any complaints/enquiries
• Liaise with residents regarding when tradesmen will require to go in and out of the property
• Report back to management regarding anything that requires action
• Project works include: Assistance with close-down fire/refurb works - 2 Sites
