Joshua Robert Recruitment is working alongside an award-winning, privately owned property development company based in Warwickshire. The company specialises in high-quality, sustainable homes in the best locations. Each house and apartment is carefully designed to maximise living space and natural light while minimising living costs. They will be starting a new build project soon in Claverdon, Warwick, Warwickshire. They are looking to put a Groundworks team together on the project for approx 2 months of work. So the requirements are:

• Experienced Groundworker
• 360 Excavator
• Dumper Driver

• Kerbing
• Edging
• Drainage

• Carrying out excavator inspections to ensure good functioning
• Digging foundations and levelling the ground
• Carrying out operations that lift large volumes of material
• Fitting various ancillary equipment to the excavator and operating it
• Understanding and interpreting technical drawings and plans
• Demolishing any existing structure
• Digging trenches to lay pipes that will supply water to the future building

• Operating the dump truck to transport materials across the work site.
• Loading and unloading materials onto and off of the truck.
• Inspecting the truck before and after each use to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Maintaining the truck, including performing routine maintenance and repairs

• Groundworker - £150pd
• 360 Excavator - £220pd
• Dumper Driver - £200pd

• CPCS Card - (360 Driver & Dumper)
• CSCS Card - (Groundworker)
• Streetworks Card (preferred but not essential)
• Full PPE
