FINISHING SITE MANAGER

Finishing Site Manager required urgently in Warwick on a residential site (Potentially Temp-Perm).

Will assist with all Site Manager tasks/general Site Manager duties such as;

• Liase with Sales with any issues and appointments that may come up with customers
• Do the meet the builder
• Chase up contractors
• Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card
• Triple STS/SMSTS
• Good knowledge in management/construction
• Customer care experience
• Full PPE

Applicants must have previous Finishing Site Manager experience and be able to provide references from previous employers.

The potential candidate for this Finishing Site Manager position must have can do attitude, be punctual and reliable.
