This is a full-time on-site role will be responsible for supervising and coordinating construction projects, operating and maintaining heavy equipment, communicating with team members and clients, and performing carpentry and general construction works

Responsibilities:

Supervisory and Communication skills

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics

Knowledge of construction safety rules and regulations

Relevant certifications and licenses

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus - Supervise and coordinate construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget - Manage and oversee the work of construction crews, subcontractors, and suppliers - Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate execution of the project - Schedule and coordinate labor, equipment, and materials needed for each project - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment - Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or potential problems - Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success - Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project progress

Experience: - Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry - Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials - Excellent leadership and management skills to effectively supervise construction crews - Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications accurately - Proficient in using construction tools and equipment - Solid understanding of safety regulations and procedures - Strong problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during construction projects
