Job Duties:- Assist the Site Manager in overseeing the construction site
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitor and maintain quality standards
- Assist in managing the construction schedule
SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, part of an NHBC Pride in the Job winning site, Driving Licence
Experience:Over 2 years as an Assistant Site Manager for a high volume housing developer.
Working Conditions:Work on construction sites, may require outdoor work and travel between sites.
