Description
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner to provide a full range of generalist HR services across multiple sites within a regulated and unionised environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a varied and complex employee relations caseload, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
- Delivering end-to-end HR support across all stages of the employee lifecycle.
- Collaborating with senior leaders and campus teams to drive and support the regional and global HR strategy.
- Leading and advising on organisational change, structural reviews, and policy development.
- Coaching and supporting managers in handling both formal and informal employee matters.
- Regularly visiting sites to provide face-to-face HR support and develop strong stakeholder relationships.
Profile
A successful HR BP should have:
- Proven experience in a multi site fast paced organisation
- Strong understanding of employment law and its practical application.
- Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of an organisation.
- Experience in leading HR projects and implementing change initiatives.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Professional HR qualifications, such as CIPD or equivalent.
