Are you an experienced IFA Administrator looking to join an established and growing independent financial planning business?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy administration team, supporting advisers with new business, ongoing client servicing and wider financial planning administration.

The business is continuing to grow and is investing in its team, with genuine opportunities to progress internally. Existing employees have successfully moved from Administration into Paraplanning and Compliance, with training and professional qualifications supported by the business.

The Role:

• Provide administration support to Financial Advisers
• Process new business and support ongoing client servicing
• Assist with suitability reports and associated administration
• Liaise with advisers, Paraplanners and clients
• Manage a busy workflow and competing priorities
• Support the team with a high volume of client activity
• Work across dedicated new-business and ongoing-client-service functions
• Maintain accurate records and ensure work is completed efficiently

The Person:

• Previous IFA / financial services administration experience advantageous
• Strong administration and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a busy environment
• Professional and confident communicator
• Client-focused and commercially aware
• Strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Experience with suitability reports and new business desirable
• Most importantly, someone who fits the team and is happy to get stuck in
