Conrad Consulting is recruiting for a talented and experienced Project Architect to join a well-established, award-winning architectural practice based in Leamington Spa. With over 30 years of industry success and a team of 25 professionals, this studio is known for delivering high-quality architectural solutions across a diverse range of sectors including Mixed Use, Hotels, Education, Hospitality, and Commercial property.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Architect with strong design and technical skills, proven job-running experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional architecture from concept to completion.

About the Role:

As a Project Architect, you will take ownership of projects across all RIBA stages, managing client relationships, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring delivery to programme and budget. You'll be involved in a variety of building types and project scales, contributing to a collaborative and design-led studio culture.

This is a fully office-based role, ideal for professionals who thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead architectural projects from initial concept through to completion

  • Produce and oversee detailed design and technical documentation

  • Manage client communications and project coordination

  • Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and planning requirements

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants

  • Contribute to project programming and budget control

  • Mentor junior staff and support team development

Required Skills & Experience:

  • ARB-registered Architect with a minimum of 3-5 years post-qualification experience

  • Proven experience in job-running and project leadership

  • Sector experience in Mixed Use, Hospitality, Education, and Commercial architecture

  • Strong technical knowledge and detailing ability

  • Proficiency in Vectorworks preferred (training can be provided)

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Thorough understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning processes
