We have an exciting opportunity for a People & Culture Administrator to join our collaborative People & Culture team, providing essential operational and administrative support to our Regional People & Culture Business Partners across the UK.
This role is key to ensuring our people processes are efficient, compliant and well-coordinated. You will support employee relations casework, onboarding activity, documentation and reporting, helping our Business Partners focus on strategic priorities that enable our campuses and colleagues to thrive. The role operates on a hybrid basis, with 2-3 days per week based at our Regional Support Office in Warwick and the remainder working remotely.
About YouExperience in an HR, People Administration or similar administrative role
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information appropriately
Experience supporting multiple stakeholders in a busy or multi-site environment

Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Regional People & Culture Business Partners
Prepare case files and supporting documentation for employee relations matters, including absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance processes
Draft letters, meeting invitations and outcome documentation aligned to policy and process
Maintain accurate case logs, trackers, timelines and weekly reports
Arrange and coordinate formal meetings, hearings, welfare meetings and follow-ups across multiple campuses
Prepare and collate documentation packs required for meetings
Track actions arising from meetings and ensure follow-up activity is completed on time
Ensure all documentation is compliant, consistent and securely stored
Support onboarding activity, engagement initiatives and wider People & Culture projects
Assist with policy rollouts, communications and coordination of People & Culture initiatives
