Part Time PA/Business Co-Ordinator - Gaydon - 6 months 20- 30 PH Hybrid role

Part Time hours very flexible five days a week or 3/4 Full days.

An opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to join our team, supporting the Senior Director for Global Procurement. The role is critical to the smooth running of the procurement function and requires a great level of flexibility and comes with a high level of responsibility.

Duties are to provide administrative support to the Director, document approvals, travel & expense organisation, diary management, booking rooms, venues, catering and general logistics, event logistics, admin support on the maintenance of documentation to enable effective delivery of team objectives, including forward reviews, attending meetings, taking minutes and circulating notes. Maintain the gifts and entertainment register on behalf of the team and maintain holiday requests.

Successful candidates will have previous experience of working in an administration role, proficient analytical and problem solving skills, good organisational and time management skill, excellent written and verbal communication and IT skills, confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information and experience in the preparation of presentation materials.
