Minds and Dreams

At Minds & Dreams our mission is to provide much-needed support to carers, both unpaid and paid, as well as people affected by long-term illnesses.

We do this by offering a variety of events and activities for the person affected by the illness with care included, so the carer gets some short-term respite and has access to counselling services.
