They are now seeking an Admissions Officer to join their team in Warwick on a temporary basis.

Description

  • Coordinate and manage the admissions process from initial enquiry to enrolment.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases related to student admissions.
  • Respond to queries from prospective students and their families in a professional manner.
  • Organise and assist with open days, events, and interviews.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth admissions process.
  • Prepare and distribute relevant admissions materials and documentation.
  • Monitor and report on admissions data and trends to senior staff.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.

Profile

A successful Admissions Officer should have:

  • Previous experience in administration or a similar role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Offer
